Brock Built named 2009 Earth Craft Home Builder of the Year!

Congrats to Brock Built for having another great year. The intown Atlanta home builder was recently honored with the prestigious Earth Craft Home Builder of the Year award. Brock Built was recognized for their devotion to extreme green building and designing a unique “Green Home” for charity.
The proceeds of the home benefited Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The entire home was built in three months and consisted of all “green” products from everything from the inside furnishings to the zen garden in the backyard. Brock Built donated $225,000 to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta non-profit organization.
Going above and beyond the “Green House” they are devoted to including green features in homes throughout Atlanta as well as building Earth Craft homes since April 2007. The energy efficient homes reduce utility bills and help improve the environment. Features include energy star appliances, programmable thermostats, HVAC system, low-E windows and water saving faucets to name a few.
