St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Looking for something to do for St. Patrick’s Day? How about the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival on Saturday, March 13, 2010 on Peachtree St. Downtown Atlanta. The parade will kickoff at noon on the corner of Peachtree St. and Ralph McGill continue on Peachtree to Decatur and finish at the Underground Atlanta. This will be the largest and best attended parade since the first parade held 152 years ago, starting in 1858. Underground Atlanta will end with vendors, food and free entertainment, music and dancing.
Coach Vince Dooley will be the Grand Marshal , celebrity emcee Moby in the Morning, Special Guest of Honor, Noel Dempsey Cabinet Minister, Ireland.
