The Marietta Street Artery Association (MSAA) is a neighborhood association dedicated to making a difference and creating an identity for Atlanta’s Westside as an urban arts, business, entertainment, residential and creative services district. The Atlanta Contemporary Art Center is hosting the event for the unveiling of two new projects, the launch of the Westside Business Map and the online business map with social calendar. The Atlanta Contemporary Art Center has been a fixture of the Westside since 1987 and a part of the Atlanta art scene for over 35 years. The 29th annual OBIE Awards took place this past weekend on November 7th at the Cobb Galleria Centre, and once again BrockBuilt left with not only six new awards but a feeling of success and great accomplishment. The OBIE Awards are the highest honor given in the Atlanta housing industry. They are held by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
